It was really great to work with Brian! he was knowledgeable and readily available for any questions I had. He made the whole process of buying our first home and moving over halfway across the country so easy! He had a "guy" for everything! He referred us to a great mortgage company, a great roofing company, a great home insurance company, and so on. And because we lived in oregon at the time of buying our home, he was willing to take me on virtual tours of the house over the phone several times and opened every nook and cranny of the house so I could see everything. Brian did a great job start to finish. He met us to show a house within a few hours of our request. He was always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us through a very difficult closing and made sure we knew what was going on. Definitely went above and beyond for us.

He was supposed to contact a property owner to get information for me on questions I had and never did, he set up a time and date 2 days away for an appointment to go look at the property and then on the day said he did not know who I was or what property we were supposed to be looking at, then didn't responded until after the time the appointment was for.
